We are hiring for our client : Engineer Kallang area Full Time Job $4,000 to $5,500 depending on experience Mon to Fri 8am to 530pm Duties : Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters. Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications, bill of materials and design changes and responds to their request. Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions. Responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization. Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability Conduct and support Validation activities on Manufacturing System/Equipment and/or process setup. Oversee new process equipment production Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters Trouble shoot process related issues Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements. Develop and maintain process documentation, review processing methods Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required.
