HR Executive #HMST

Location: Novena HR Executive position, 5 days Office Hours Compensation & Benefits (80%) Administer and process payroll-related activities in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies. Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, leave administration, medical benefits, and claims. Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market surveys to ensure competitive remuneration packages. Support annual performance appraisal and salary review exercises, including bonus and increment computations. Maintain accurate HRIS records related to compensation and benefits. Provide support during audits and prepare relevant C&B reports/statistics for management and regulatory bodies. Handle employee queries related to pay, benefits, and claims in a timely and professional manner. Learning & Development / HR events and projects (20%) Support coordination and logistics for internal training programs, workshops, and seminars. Maintain training records and assist in tracking training effectiveness and compliance with mandatory training requirements.
