Job Posting for Call Centre Agent ( Buangkok Healthcare Govt Sector - 3 Shift ) #HYT at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient / general public phone call queries
  • Respond according to SOP
  • Liaise with Healthcare Professionals
  • Redirect calls to relevant personnels / departments as needed
  • Attend to emergency calls effectively and follow SOP as trained
  • Any admin duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min Nitec or Diploma in any field of study
  • Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
  • Need to have some Call Centre experience , preferably in Healthcare sector

Working Hours:

  • 3 Rotating Shift
  • Buangkok
