Contract Client Service Specialist (Pharmaceutical MNC) #HLY

Job Description:

1. Inventory Management

• Includes maintaining inventory accuracy by preparing reports, coordinating with clients and warehouses for timely shipments and document provision, raising purchase orders, reviewing inventory, and handling inventory issues. It also involves preparing inventory reports for clients, coordinating item conversions with warehouses, and performing other administrative tasks.

2. On-time Administration of Billing and Reporting to Client

• Perform clients VAS (value added service) billings, ensure all billings are done accurately and on-time

3. Handling Customer & Product Complaint

• Support the Client Service Specialists and Manager to follow up on assigned task and closing the assigning tasks within the set timing

4. Scheduling & Handling Secondary Redressing Requirements

• Involves coordinating and overseeing all redressing tasks and activities, translating orders into production schedules to optimize throughput, and ensuring orders are completed within target turnaround times. This includes expediting urgent redressing tasks, monitoring production progress, and updating clients on redressing status. Additionally, the position entails expediting deliveries, following up on material shortages, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
