1 Year Contract Marketing Assistant (Education Sector) #NJN

Duration: 1 Year Contract (renewable yearly)

Location: Aljunied

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm

Responsibilities

• Events and bookings of facilities across the school liaising with teams such as facilities, finance and security

• Facilities Rental management

• Creation of marketing collaterals

• Website updates and changes

• Monitor Social Media on all channels for the school

• Ability to deal with adhoc requests in a timely manner

• Organising and filing documents and computer-based information

• Creating bi-weekly newsletters for Primary and Secondary schools

• Assist in conducting market research

• Monitor competitor activity

• Involvement in whole school events and activities as required.

• To perform any other duties as assigned by the management
