Contract Technical Learning Specialist

Working Hours: 5 days office hours
Salary: Up to $6000 base $250 transport allowance
Transport Pick Up: Jurong East, Boon Lay, CCK, Woodlands, Tampines, Sengkang, Bishan, Paya Lebar, Yishun

Responsibilities:

• Create job training curricula with line managers and trainers.
• Design and deliver technical and quality compliance training to site colleagues based on business needs.
• Coach and train trainers to improve knowledge and skills in their function and site performance.
• Investigate deviations in the plant related to learning gaps and recommend solutions to reduce human errors and improve processes.
• Stay updated with technical skills and training tools; represent Technical Learning in regulatory audits.
• Conduct learning assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge and skills transfer.
• Identify innovative ideas to continuously improve training delivery and outcomes.
• Develop courses of action and drive implementation of solutions.
• Uphold the company's code of conduct and values.
• Play an active role in the Business Excellence, Process Centric Team (PCT) by updating performance metrics, resolving issues, and escalating appropriately.
• Work with the PCT to identify and drive improvements as per Continuous Improvement goals.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's degree and Certificate in Training or Adult Education.
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing solutions, and evaluating learning programs.
• Ability to develop impactful training materials using various techniques (short videos, e-learning modules, etc.).
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience in analytics, including qualitative and quantitative methods.
