- Patients' and Visitors' registration

- Billing and payment

- Appointment scheduling (handling both in and outbound calls)

- Observation ward monitoring: Preparing necessary medical documents for doctors' review

- Admission and discharge coordination.

- Assist in some clinical tasks

Working hours: Morning/ Afternoon/ Midnight Shift (with shift allowance)
