Job Description:

• Assist and lead product development from concept, trial to commercialization in line with overall strategic direction and objectives
• Identify room for improvements on existing products, ingredients and processe
• Manage and timely deliver assigned project
• Lead and conduct trial runs/commercial runs/trouble-shooting
• Working closely with product leaders, project manager and specialists on planning, carrying out, and following up on trials/tests in relation to innovation and renovation of products/processes at Pilot Plant
• Proficient knowledge on food regulations and compliance
• Assist on planning and transformation of current documentation system into paperless system

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Microbiology or similar w min 1-2 yrs of relevant experience in beverage manufacturing industries
