Patient Service Associate/ Clinic Receptionist #HLY

Job Description:

• Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services
• Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines
• Provide quality customer service to patients
• Assisting in all day-to-day administrative duties.
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image
• Perform other ad-hoc departmental tasks/activities as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Min N/O level and above
• No working experience is required as on-the-job training is provided
