QC Lab Technician (2 months) - FRAGRANCE MNC/West/Office Hours #HAO

Salary: up to $3300

Duration: 2 months contract

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Boon Lay

Job Description:

• Conduct application test of oil samples and make application samples for evaluation and submission to customers within a specific time frame.

• In charge of monitoring projects and ensure projects sun smoothly with the specified time frame

• Monitor the application test and ensure its stability.

• Observe the durability of the samples and report on abnormality.

• Assist in formulating new bases, policies and procedures.

• Preparation of application and samples for sensory testing by Perfumer, CFG’s.

• Maintain and track stock level of laboratory equipment and supplies such as glass bottles, raw materials, etc., for base formulation.

• Operate, maintain, calibrate and sterilize laboratory equipment and work areas.

• Systematic filing and maintenance of formulation and records.

• Regularly check and ensure raw materials are stored at correct temperature to ensure quality and safety.

• Ensure that bio-hazardous materials are disposed safely.

• Perform standard laboratory tests in according to prescribed procedures and recording of test results.

• Maintain and ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment and workplace.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Applied Chemistry/Perfumery and Cosmetic Sciences/Chemical Engineering or similar
