Location: Tuas (Transport PRovided)


  • Make sure the correct materials are used and recorded properly.
  • Check finished parts to ensure they match the design and process requirements.
  • Ensure measuring tools are correctly calibrated.
  • Confirm all parts go through required testing and heat treatment.
  • Ensure parts are assembled according to design instructions.
  • Record results from tests and cleaning processes.
  • Write reports on inspections and issues found.
  • Work with customer inspectors when needed.
  • Check that materials meet the order requirements.
  • Make sure certifications meet order and material standards.
  • Handle and check receiving reports and certifications.
  • Check that outgoing parts match the order details.
  • Process shipping reports and certifications.
  • Guide and support junior quality inspectors.
  • Help plan improvements for the inspection process.
