On-Site Quantity Surveyor (Construction Industry)/ Up to $6,000 +Variable Bonus

Job Description:

This is a full time role for an On-Site Quantity Surveyor located in Tuas. Our client is a reputable waste management and recycling company in Singapore, dedicated to providing sustainable solutions for waste disposal. The role manages the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects on-site, ensuring cost efficiency, progress tracking, and compliance with project standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring expenses, preparing valuations, managing procurement, and verifying work quantities. The role also involves handling variations, mitigating risks, and maintaining detailed records while providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Min Diploma/ Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for on-site collaboration.
