Project Executive

Working Location: Central

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare plan drawings and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Confirm colour schemes for projects.
• Check and tick off quantities of layouts.
• Place orders for project materials.
• Prepare handover materials and checklists for project completion.
• Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Coordinate all aspects of project works with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Inspect work in progress on-site to ensure quality compliance with the drawings.
• Attend site and coordination meetings.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any industry.
• Candidates without relevant experience but with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask, with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
