Senior Architect

Job Description:

• To lead a team of consultants in implementation of local private and public projects.
• Direct design development towards architectural intent.
• Fulfil client and authorities’ requirements.
• Able to plan and deliver work by datelines.
• Ability to plan, design, and implement building projects such as industrial development and other related facilities

Job Requirements:

• Possess a recognised Degree in Architectural studies
• At least a minimum 5 years of Architectural experiences
• Good knowledge in design / client engagement and project management
• Preferred familiarity with industrial building projects
• Good knowledge of local authority by-laws, codes, and regulations
• Strong in contracts with technical and site experience
