Warehouse Assistant

Working Location: East

Working Hours: 5.5 Days work week ( Mon- Friday 9am to 6pm, Alternate Saturday 9am – 1pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage warehouse operations.
• Perform Pick, Pack & Inspection of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory of warehouse materials, and prepare purchase requisitions for stock replacement.
• Report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.
• Control and maintain tools, equipment, furnishings, and devices, ensuring they are in good condition and repaired or replaced when necessary.
• Maintain equipment and instruments in proper working order.
• Implement and perform 5S practices (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• Operate necessary equipment for handling, shifting, or moving materials, such as hand trucks, forklifts, hydraulic platforms, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N' Level qualification.
• Ability to handle and store merchandise or special products requiring knowledge of shock watch, tilt watch, humidity readings, etc.
• MUST possess a valid forklift license.
• Min 2 years experience in similiar role.
