We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Clinic Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up on patient inquiries and concerns to ensure resolution
- Assist with cashiering, billing, and payment collections
- Coordinate and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and minimal wait times
- Maintain accurate records of daily takings and invoices
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in patients and manage the clinic counter
- Perform daily inventory control and maintain a tidy and organized workspace
- Undertake general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- This role involves a 44 hour work week, with retail hours that includes evenings and weekends. Mondays to Fridays 11am to 9pm / Saturdays 10am to 7pm Closed on Sundays and Public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to convert new inquiries into new patients
- Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality with a team player attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Min GCE O Level and above
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience in a clinic or spa environment is preferred
- Ability to start work within a short notice period
