Our client, a local designer brand is looking for a Customer Care Advisor who will be the friendly ambassador of its brand, assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, making every customer interaction smooth, positive, and delightful
✔ Handle customer inquiries about orders, returns, and products
✔ Solve issues quickly and professionally
✔ Work closely with our retail team to deliver seamless service
✔ Help achieve sales targets through excellent customer care
✔ Ensure all customer data is handled securely
✅ 2-3 years of experience in customer service (retail or e-commerce is a plus!)
✅ Great communication skills
✅ Problem-solving mindset – you love finding solutions
✅ Good organisational skills, multi-tasking skills
✅ Strong attention to details
✅ Basic Microsoft Excel skills
✅ Flexibility to work occasional weekends or peak hours
