Private Home Nurse (Locum)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Private Home Nurse to provide nursing care for clients at their private residence.

Location: Various locations

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Night Shift: 8:00pm – 8:00am

Rate of Pay:

Registered Nurse:

• Weekday Rate: $28 per hour
• Night/Weekend Rate: $30 per hour

Enrolled Nurse

• Weekday Rate: $26 per hour
• Night/Weekend Rate: $28 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with showering, personal hygiene, and toileting
• Provide medical care and wound treatments for patient
• Monitor and support the client’s movements to ensure safety
• Provide respectful, patient, and empathetic care
• Communicate clearly with the client, family, and healthcare team as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in home care experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (ability to build rapport with the client and family)
• Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
• Ability to follow care instructions and report observations clearly
• Reliable and able to commit to 12-hour shifts (day/night)
• Valid SNB License
• Valid BCLS Certificate
