Job Responsibilities
You will explore and spearhead initiatives aimed at integrating technologies and innovative practices into daily operations, enhancing efficiency and improving the quality of care for patients, residents and clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders to explore or kickstart projects that position Ren Ci at the forefront of healthcare excellence.
Project Management of Technology/Innovation Initiatives
Explore and support the take-up of digital/innovative solutions to transform care delivery, work processes and work environment at Ren Ci.
Assist stakeholders with the planning and implementation of pilots and initiatives as well as to eventually demonstrate proof of concept (POC) and proof of value (POV).
Support stakeholders in the monitoring and evaluating of project outcomes.
Oversee the administration and governance of project grants/funds.
Assist to drive Ren Ci’s technology and innovation roadmap
Identify opportunities to highlight and feature pilots and projects internally and externally to showcase achievements.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and nurture organisational understanding, appetite and capacity to explore and adopt new ideas, technology and innovation.
Secretariat Support
Work with stakeholders to draft funding papers and poster submissions for competitions etc.
Provide secretariat support for key meetings.
Any other duties as assigned by the RO.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with preferably 4-5 years of experience in healthcare operations and/or transformation work.
Experience in healthcare management, project management and stakeholder management is preferred.
Knowledge of Power Automate will be preferred.
Knowledge and use of process improvement tools such as Lean, Six sigma, Agile Management, Scrum, Design Thinking etc would be advantageous.
Strong project management skills including good communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Able to work autonomously and engage relevant stakeholders independently to bring about effective collaboration and project implementation.
Strong analytical mind, ability to see different perspectives, synthesise and harmonise needs, to facilitate high impact projects.
