Our client is a well-established Japanese company, specialising in Cosmetics/ Beauty products. They are currently looking for an experienced Head of Group Strategy tojoin their teamin Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
The Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the Group's mid-to-long term corporate strategy, aligning with market opportunities, internal capabilities and growth market
Design the IPO growth narrative in preparation for SGX listing, including IR messaging and collaboration with the finance team on capital planning and funding strategies
Drive strategic alignment across ASEAN, Greater China, Korea and Japan, ensuring cross-regional business units are aligned with Group strategy
Plan and manage Group Executive Meeting (bi-weekly): set agendas, coordinate key topics, and oversee minutes and follow-ups
Conduct in-depth market/ competitive research and provide decision-making support for M&A and strategic partnerships
The Requirements:
7 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, consulting, or equivalent strategic roles
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage C-level stakeholder relationship
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
