Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
Lead, motivate, and develop the business development team.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
Monitor performance metrics and make necessary improvements to strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitors’ methods.
Prepare detailed reports on the progress of initiatives to present to stakeholders and executive team members.
Ensure that the company’s business objectives align with its short and long-term strategic goals.
