JOB Description

• Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and availability.
  Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
• Procurement Process: Preparing and processing purchase orders.
  Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
  Coordinating with warehouse and transport staff to ensure timely deliveries.
  Auditing invoices and ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchase orders.
• Cost Management: Negotiating prices and discounts to minimize costs.
  Analyzing spending patterns and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and payments.Keeping track of supplier performance and contract terms.
  
  

Requirements

• Have experience in Bangla Catering for purchasing or purchasing experience
• Minimum 2 years of purchase experience.
• Able to work long hours work shift
• Able to work at humid and hot enviornment.
