Technical Manager (Security Industry)

Job Info:

• Basic up to $6500 AWS VB
• Monday - Friday
• 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Scope:

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.
• Provide training and mentorship, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Assign tasks based on expertise to optimize productivity and project outcomes.
• Maintain clear communication and conduct performance reviews to support team growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align technical activities with business objectives.
• Oversee procurement, project budgets, and subcontractor performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health regulations, and quality standards to meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Preferably Electronics) or equivalent.
• At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in Security Industry, managing a group of 5 or more engineers.
