Investment Banking Ops (Contract/ Central)

Our client, a leading global investment bank is looking for talent to join their middle office operation team. The role is a 6-months outsource contract with potential extension.

Working Location: Central Singapore (Fully On-Site)

Operation

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation.

Job Responsibility

• Responding to all incoming queries and interacting with many different areas of the bank, in particular with Risk, Credit and Technology.
• Proactively working on enhancing the team's process and controls.
• Resolution and escalation of all client disputes and queries.
• Project and initiative management and participation within the team and across all regions

Job Requirements

• Bachelors' degree
• Strong motivation to succeed, both as an individual and as a team
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Effective problem solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to use discretion and good judgement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong appreciation of client service
• At least 2 years of experience in Operations or related field
  Control focused
• Ability to deal with multiple complex issues at the same time while meeting client deadlines
