Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items) but not limited to:

• Compile and review weekly cash flow report
• Support month-end consolidation close process including Best Estimates and Actuals for the Asia region.
• Perform data loading and validation, posting of consolidation journals, reconciliation work and preparation of management reports.
• Liaise with local country finance to gather inputs/data
• Review country inputs, including query on missing information and/or significant variances as part of the close process.
• Investigate and resolve system related issues
• Assist the regional finance in any ad-hoc request, analysis or projects
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related business disciplines
  
  

Experience Requirements

• 2 years relevant experience with accounting/finance field
• Proficient in Microsoft office, especially excel. Experience in SAP and Hyperion will be an added advantage.
  
  

Mobility/Travel

• Not required
  
  

Computer Skills

• Knowledge in HFM and Hyperion (Essbase) and SAP is an added advantage
• Strong PC skills especially in MS Excel
  
  

Language

• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage due to exposure to China market

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Immediate availability or short notice period is an advantage.
