Job Description
Directs and coordinates the activities of equipment operator/drivers, including scheduling, dispatching, and route planning
Tracks operator/driver performance, including delivery times, mileage, and adherence to safety protocols.
May oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure trucks are in good working condition.
Addresses and resolves issues that arise during the delivery process
Undergoing a physical inspection of a construction site
Site meeting and apply relevant entry pass if necessary
Generate daily ordering report and monthly machinery utilisation report
Ad hoc assignments by superior
A fast-paced environment. Able to handle high working pressure working environment and support weekend operations.
Requirement:
NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Team player who is self-motivated and dynamic
Good communication skills and working attitude
Minimum 3 years experience for the role of Construction Site Supervisor
With valid class 4 driving license
