Working Location: Hong Kah North (Day Care Centre 5 days work week)
Job purpose
Provide basic nursing care, client education in collabration with a Healthcare team, under the supervisior of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Assist RN maintain accurate documentation, assessment and care plan
Requirement
Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
At least 2 years working experience as Enrolled Nurse
Has basic computer skills
Has experience working in Day Care Centre for the elderly, meticulous responsible and a team player
Qualifications & Skills Required
Nitec in Nursing
Registered with SNB
Experience working in an elderly setting is an advantage
Able to speak local dialets
Compassion, critical thinking, and organizational skills
