The candidate will be part of the Graduate Studies’ administration team
Manage academic-related events for graduate students, as well as programme outreach, publicity, orientation and adhoc student events.
Provide support in the administration of postgraduate degree programmes and initiatives including admissions, student academic matters, curriculum administration, course registration matters, course scheduling, examination matters, etc.
Assist in budget preparations and projections, and management of programme funding matters.
Involve in implementation of curriculum and policies.
Consolidation and preparation of data and statistics, and drafting of reports or proposals, etc
Any other duties assigned
Qualifications
Possess a bachelor’s degree, with at least 6 years of relevant administrative work experience
Prior experience in working for an educational institution is preferred
Possess positive attitude. meticulous and able to multi-task
A good team player who is proactive, self-motivated and well-organized with the ability to work well under pressure as well as tight deadlines
Possess strong interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication skills
IT/System savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Employment type: 2 years' contract, subject for renewal
