HR Executive, Talent Management (Public Agency)

We are looking for an Executive to provide support to the HR Talent Management team.

Duration: 11 months
Salary: Up to $3,500/month

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support the team in execution of outreach and engagement at campuses and recruitment fairs;
2. Supporting the management of scholars, including updating of scholars' database, disbursement of allowance, processing of reimbursement claims, and reviewing internship/exchange/master's sponsorship requests from scholars and putting forth recommendations for approval;
3. Providing administrative support for internship, scholarship and graduate development programme such as processing applications, coordinating interview schedules, managing offers and documentation, processing of interns’ allowance;
4. Designing, organising and co-ordinating talent initiatives/programmes;
5. Any other duties as assigned by the Talent Management team.

Looking for:

• Singaporeans only
• Min. Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or its equivalent
• Prior HR talent attraction/management experience would be an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently, and a good team player
• Proficient in drafting slides, creating charts and analysing data
