Job Posting for Product Management Intern - SeaTalk at Sea
Job Description:
Respond promptly and effectively to user queries, providing clear and comprehensive guidance.
Perform initial troubleshooting, conducting research to identify potential root causes of reported issues.
Ensure timely resolution or escalation of problems through close collaboration with the Engineering team, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.
Identify patterns and trends in reported issues to improve product stability and quality, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with your mentor PM to design solutions that effectively address business needs, while considering the balance between execution speed and long-term sustainability.
Collaborate closely with designers and engineers throughout the development process to deliver high-quality product solutions.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field is preferred.
Understanding and/or having hands-on experience in a digital product team is preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with users and gather insightful information.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required, and proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred for cross-country collaborations.
Effective troubleshooting skills, a great problem solver with the ability to structure an action plan
