Job Scope:
• Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to ensure customer’s queries are answered professionally, in accordance with telephone standards.
• Escalate the complaints to Supervisor if requires.
• Follow-up with difficult customer calls, complaints and manages service recovery.
• Managing the complaints and feedback with good closure.
• Providing accurate and timely information to the team.
• Feedback customer’s comments or requests to Supervisor for service or process improvement.
• Any other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements:
• Candidates with prior experience in Customer Service/Call Centre is an advantage.
Working day : 4 days a week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday)
Working hour : 10pm to 6.45am
Working location: Near Yio Chu Kang (After completing the training, candidate can be placed on home base assignment)
Date of commencement: Immediate
Contract duration: 12 months
