Job Description
Manage shipbuilding projects from construction to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
Analyze workflows and implement best practices to streamline construction works, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
Ensure the works are done within project budgets and identifying areas for cost savings while maintaining quality.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Identify potential risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or a related field
Minimum 5 year experience in shipbuilding (FPSO Construction) and marine operation will be advantageous
Good planning,organization, control, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
