Management Trainee

Responsibilities

We are recruiting Management Trainees for our departments. In this role, individuals will be responsible for overseeing and supervising a team of skilled supervisors/worker aboard vessels.

Primary objective will be to ensure that task assigned are executed promptly, adhering to both job specification and safety protocols. We encourage graduates who are seeking for a dynamic, hands-on roles that prioritize problem solving skills to apply.

Successful applicants will be enrolled into our 2-year Management Trainee Programme, during which will undergo comprehensive training and development.

Graduate Engineers will undergo:

• On-the-job experience: Management Trainees will be engaged in stretched assignments, projects, and job attachments.
• Developmental relationship: Support and Feedback provided by managers, peers, and mentors.
• Formal development: Structured learning activities e.g. E-learning and Classroom style training will complement hands – on experience.

Working hours

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm

Friday: 8:00am – 4.30pm
