OutSystems Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of OutSystems developers in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications.

- Act as a technical expert in the OutSystems platform, providing guidance and assistance to team members.

- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions to ensure effective team dynamics and project progression.

- Ensure timely project delivery and that all deliverables meet functional and performance requirements

Requirements:

- Certifications in OutSystems development or architecture

- Stong expertise with Outsystems Service Studios, ODC and Lifetime

- Working experience with C# and/or Java based applications

- Working experience with SQL Server or Oracle

- Experience performing troubleshooting and problem-solving for outsystems based implementations.

- Prior technical leadership experience is required (at least team size of 2-3 engineers)
