Key Roles and Responsibilities

Managing the delivery of offboarding processes, particularly for interns, and learning administration.

Focus on maintaining data integrity and compliance with relevant data protection policies and regulations throughout all administrative processes.

Assist in the delivery of onboarding processes and learning administration.

Assist in the project in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the employee onboarding process, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

Managing the administrative processes for buddy system e-toast box vouchers.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Be able to work independently and take ownership of the tasks assigned.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 would be an added advantage

Possess good communications and interpersonal skills.
