About Us:

Shang Gong Wellness Spa (YUE ZHI YUAN SPA) is a rebrand provider of massage, foot therapy, and spa services in Singapore. We are committed to providing our clients with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, and we are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team as a Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of body masseurs, foot massage technicians, ear pickers, and pedicure technicians.
• Ensure that all team members are providing high-quality services to our clients.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage the spa's inventory and supplies.
• Prepare reports and track performance metrics.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in a spa or wellness center.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of massage and spa services.
• ITEC certificated Massage Therapy or any relevant Massage / Wellness / Business Certification is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
