Assistant Engineer / Engineer (Maintenance)

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure high uptime and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Collaborate with process engineers to identify and implement equipment modifications and upgrades to improve performance and yield.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and repair work.
• Provide training and support to production staff on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure all equipment and maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers for parts, service, and technical support.

Requirements

• Min Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
• Min 4 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge & well versed in Microsoft Office applications
• Experienced in operation systems and good troubleshooting skills.
• Good learning attitude and independent worker
