Government Relations Intern

Job Description

Be able to develop government relations, deploy internal resources for completing related work, exploit government resources as directed of the Company's strategic orientation, and promote cooperation through communication, and have expertise and skills in handling government affairs, familiarity with operating methods and procedures for handling government affairs, and understanding of corporate businesses.

Professional Competency

Policy research

Be able to get familiar with and study relevant policies and developments in the industry, analyze and interpret related information, offer policy-based proposals for improvements to the business process or otherwise and assist in implementation and optimization thereof in due course, and independently follow up applications for government projects.

Reception

Be able to effectively offer professional proposals and work plans/schemes along with instructions on the reception and allocation of resources, summarize all procedures, and turn relevant experience into instructive and workable process guidelines.

Development and maintenance of relations

Be able to develop and establish a stable relation based on the Company's business requirements, exploit resources as directed of the Company's strategies, advance cooperation and implementation, and have a solid foundation in handling government affairs and relations.

Document writing

Be able to optimize official document templates, create new templates depending on diverse business requirements, and independently prepare all materials for briefing municipal authorities.

Job Requirements:

• Have a bachelor's degree or above.
• Be familiar with all sorts of industrial incentives, preferential policies, talent policies, and industrial policies promulgated by the government.

• Able to commit full time or part time from June - Dec 2025
