Job Description:
Lead end-to-end Organisational Development (OD) projects, assessing organisational development needs, designing strategies and implementing initiatives (monitor progress, evaluate solutions, and make ongoing adjustments)
Collaborate with regional leaders and stakeholders on various OD initiatives, such as engagement surveys, performance management, change management, etc.
Conduct internal and external research, analyse data, and derive insights to develop effective solutions
Prepare communication material and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of OD programmes to ensure alignment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 1 years of relevant HR or management consulting experience, with a specialisation in one of the domain practices - Talent Management, Organisational Development, Performance & Rewards, Engagement, etc.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Comfortable to work with ambiguity and empowerment
Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Analytical with strong project management and execution skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude, able to work in a dynamic environment
Fast learner with an open mind
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and working with stakeholders
