Project Associate

Organisation: Sing Lit Station

Role Overview:

As Project Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of Sing Lit Station’s largest campaign to promote local poetry. This includes assisting with programme coordination, liaising with writers and partners, and providing logistical and administrative support. You will be part of a collaborative team delivering a high-impact literary campaign that engages the public and celebrates Singaporean voices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with writers, collaborators, and external partners
• Provide administrative and logistical support
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors and venue partners where necessary
• Maintain records and support project reporting

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in project or event coordination (internship experience may be considered)
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a small team
• Familiarity with Singapore literature and the local arts scene is a plus

Working Arrangement:

This is a part-time contract position with flexible hours, ideal for freelancers, students, or those with concurrent commitments. Work will be primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings and event support required.
