Role
The Finance and Admin Executive supports the Singapore Cricket Association in its tasks in the Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of all administration and finance in a timely and efficient manner. To help Finance complete payments that include tracking invoices, process, verifying and reconciling vendor invoices and incoming receivables. In addition, there are adhoc administrative tasks to be completed for the smooth running of the agency’s operations. Candidates are to be fully experienced in Administration field.
Responsibilities
HR & Administration Management: Managed all HR and administrative functions for the Singapore Cricket Association (SCA), ensuring the efficient operation of office processes and communication within the organization.
To help Finance complete payments that include tracking invoices, process, verifying and reconciling vendor invoices and incoming receivables.
Point of Contact: Acted as the main liaison between the office and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication across teams and departments.
Staff Development and Personnel Management: Oversaw the staff details, including recruitment, training, and performance management, focusing on employee development and maintaining a productive and motivated team environment.
Reporting & Compliance: Compiled and submitted regular reports to Sport Singapore (SportSG) to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Tournament Budgeting and Coordination: Responsible for creating and managing tournament budgets, including allocating funds for player travel, accommodations, and other logistical needs. Coordinated flight bookings and travel arrangements for teams and officials, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective process.
Visa & Immigration Support: Managed the visa applications and ICA (Immigration & Checkpoints Authority) requirements for players and staff, ensuring timely processing and compliance with immigration laws.
MOM Applications: Handled Ministry of Manpower (MOM) applications for staff, including work pass applications, renewals, and other labour-related requirements, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines.
HR Policy & Procedure Oversight: Contributed to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with SCA's goals and standards.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
Possess minimum Diploma in Administration or Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Able to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Agency setting will be added advantage
