About the Administration & Corporate Records and Information Services (A&CRIS) Division

The A&CRIS team governs and manages the corporate records and provide information reference services to EDB.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee administrative services and records management operations. The role involves maintaining an efficient records management system and providing comprehensive administrative support across the organisation.

[What you will be working on]

Your Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Corporate Records Management

  • Manage the full lifecycle of physical and electronic records, encompassing the creation, classification, storage, retention, and disposal of both physical and electronic records
  • Manage the digitalisation of records and conduct regular access control reviews to ensure appropriate security levels and user permissions are maintained
  • Collaborate with Business Units, IT team, and system vendors to maintain and enhance records management system
  • Execute regular file reviews and coordinate the destruction of records in accordance with the EDB's retention schedule
  • Develop and deliver training programmes on records management best practices, providing ongoing guidance to divisions to ensure proper adherence to policies and procedures
  • Declassify records for public access in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
  • Adaptable team player who is passionate about driving transformation to enhance operational efficiency and deliver impactful solutions to improve records management

Administration Services

  • Support administrative services and Board secretariat functions, including coordinating quarterly Board meetings, preparing meeting documentation, and handling all administrative support. This encompasses arranging meeting logistics, compiling Board papers and agenda items, and ensuring smooth execution of all Board-related activities
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with Board members and senior stakeholders
  • Undertake additional duties and cross-functional projects as assigned

[What we are looking for]

To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Records Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in records management or administrative services
  • Good knowledge of records management principles and best practices
  • Experience in Government registry functions would be an added advantage
  • Passionate about driving transformation with a keen drive to leverage emerging technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Singaporean/Singaporean PR
