Job Descriptions
Overall Job Purpose:
Primarily responsible for matters relating to safety & security operations, conduct and discipline in the security agency. He/she will also assist the Safety Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.
Job Description:
Identify unsafe condition and unsafe work practice
Participate in risk management activities
Recommend and assist implementation of corrective and preventive actions
To organize and attend the health safety check and environmental protection check and point out the problem for further improvement
To manage access/entrance control of Visitor Management System for visitors, contractors, and vendors
To plan, deploy, monitor and control of security officers to patrolling of routes, perimeters, common area, buildings, etc
To manage traffic control and car park operations
Ensure accountability of all keys (physical / electronic) in the key press and ensure records are in order
To manage Security (CCTV) and Fire Systems in Fire Command Centre (FCC)
To manage lost and found property
Be in-charge of FCC Control Room day to day operations
Any other ad hoc duties and tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
Holder of the following courses as outlined in the Singapore WSQ framework;
Minimum Advance Certificate in WSQ or minimally on the pathway to receive Advance Certificate qualification
Minimum Senior Security Officer Certificate required by local authorities
Ability to meet local requirements for security personnel.
Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to express ideas and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the public and associates.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekend and holidays.
Be computer literate
