Event Executive

This role will specialise in the operations and logistics management of the overall programmes and objectives of the department.

• Logistical support and Management of the in-house, Experience Sports Sessions
• Logistical support and Management of community facilities
• Overall operations and logistics management of the Experience Sports Programme
• Activities and events set-up & tear down
• Liaison with essential Sports Hub operations and Facility Management team to facilitate all areas affecting the smooth delivery of all the department’s events and activities
• Sports and general equipment storage, store and inventory management and maintenance
• Liaison with logistic partners and vendors

Any other tasks and responsibilities that will evolve within the general job scope.

Able to commit to:

• Weekdays: 5pm - 9pm
• Weekends: 7.30am - 11.30am
