The candidate is responsible for the remanufacturing of electrical and electronic systems within military vehicles. This includes diagnostics, repair, testing, and ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards.
Job Description:
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic failures in military vehicle systems.
Develop and implement repair procedures for electrical components and systems.
Design and prototype electrical circuits and systems for remanufactured parts.
Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
Collaborate with technicians on electrical system repairs and installations.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and military specifications.
Prepare technical reports and documentation.
Work with OEMs and 3rd party suppliers to gather necessary documentation for the repair and troubleshooting of the component for obsolescence management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience in electrical system design, troubleshooting, and repair.
Knowledge of military vehicle electrical systems is a plus.
Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with work counterparts across all levels (including customers, suppliers, management)
