We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java and WebMethods to design, develop, and integrate enterprise-level software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills, hands-on experience with web services, APIs, and middleware technologies, and a deep understanding of integration platforms like Software AG WebMethods.

Make An Impact By

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java-based applications.
• Develop, configure, and optimize WebMethods integration flows (Integration Server, Broker, Trading Networks).
• Provide BAU (Business As Usual) support for Java and WebMethods applications, including incident resolution, bug fixes, and performance tuning in production environments.
• Build and consume REST/SOAP web services and APIs for seamless system integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and messaging systems (JMS, Kafka).
• Document technical designs, processes, and deployment procedures.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and integration patterns.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
• 3 years of experience with Software AG WebMethods (Integration Server, Broker, Designer). WebMethods certifications are a plus (e.g., Software AG Certified Developer).
• Experience with API Gateway, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and messaging protocols development and consumption
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar).
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
