Senior/Manager, Marketing (Stellar Ace)
Job Purpose
The Senior Manager, Marketing will lead the marketing team, overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies.
He/she will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and ultimately contributing to Stellar Ace’s overall growth.
He/she will also be supporting the team with pricing strategies for all products and oversee creative outputs for both external and internal stakeholders will also be under his/her purview.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Work with in-house data team to support pricing strategies for the company's suite of offerings.
Support Business Development and Data Team to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
Mentor, guide and lead the marketing team on end-to-end marketing deliverables, including marketing communications and trade marketing. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
Manage all budget/expenditure to follow the organisation’s procurement policies
Ensure the CX strategies are aligned to the larger marketing and business goals and outcomes
Data-centric overview of capabilities to analyse past performance of projects and campaigns to improve Return on Investment (ROI) in tangible and intangible ways
Develop and maintain partnership agreements with selected key partners in advertising.
Review the list of inventory assets in term of relevance and sell-ability on a yearly basis and when there is significant change; work with Operations team to ensure that the classification and pricing is reflected accordingly
Qualifications & Work Experience
Preferably 10 years of experience in marketing in a B2B and B2C environment.
Preferably possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Marketing or a related field
Strong client facing and communication experience internal organisation and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical executive level audience.
Experience with planning using quantitative techniques, campaign management and supporting technologies
Ability and willingness to hands-on execution role where required to support client needs and team development
Relevant experience in the Media & Digital marketing industry, from an agency/ client perspective in both the online to offline environment will be advantageous
Creatively inclined in providing consultative and ideation for creative outputs.
Data savvy with ability to use data analytics and insights to supplement business needs.
