What does the job consist?:
Responsibilities
Daily Operations:

Coordinate shift schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet production demands.

Conduct shift handover meetings, providing clear communication of ongoing issues and targets to achieve.

Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any engineering-related issues that arise during the shift.

Prepare and present shift reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement
Safety / 5S:

Site Incident Controller (SIC), leads the CERT to respond to any emergency situations

Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient work place is maintained at all times
People Development:

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members to foster skill development and career growth
Requirements & qualifications:
Educational Qualifications :
Degree - Fresh
Diploma – Minimum 6 years relevant experience
Technical / Job Knowledge :
Basic computer skills preferably in MS office. Advantagous to have basic cleanroom knowledge. Knowledge in SQL will be advantageous
Personal Capabilities :
Good team player, good communications and leadership skills
