The team represents sponsors, lenders, and project companies on project finance, development, and M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Requirements

• 4 years PQE, AU/NSW qualified
• Experience in projects, project finance, or energy & infrastructure
• Background in cross-border transactions preferred
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international setting
