Technician

• Engage in the installation, repair and maintenance of various technology-based equipment.
• Conduct regular checks and troubleshooting to ensure the technical equipment operates at its optimal performance.
• Provide on-site assistance with hardware and software use and address and resolve technical issues faced by clients or customers.
• Carry out diagnostic tests and analyses to identify the roots of technical issues.
• Liaise with team members and communicate with stakeholders in layman's terms to assess needs and system requirements.
• Record and document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation and removal.
• Stay up to date with technical developments and advancements in allied fields.
